Alisha Vonier

Alisha Vonier’s decades-long business, compliance and numbers background brings unmatched credibility and competency as an Associate Broker, in her passionate representation of her clientele. As an entrepreneur, Alisha didn’t start her real estate career in the normal fashion, but rather in multi-family and then working with numerous franchises of HomeVestors, the “We Buy Ugly Houses” folks. She began analyzing high volumes of investment deals in 2005, bought and flipped investment properties herself, and represented individual investor clients as well. She began teaching deal analysis and market cycles in 2009 after sitting on the Ethics committee for GAREIA (Georgia Real Estate Investors Association), where she also began a pursuit of client advocacy, brokerage compliance, and brokerage operational work. She partnered with a deal and portfolio analysis software venture in 2010 and was a commercial property manager before joining the extremely high-volume listing team at DUFFY in 2014, where she listed over 400 properties per year. She has been involved in over 5,000 transactions in nearly 20 years, listed and sold a variety of homes and property types, including multi-million dollar homes in metro Atlanta. Having served so many clients gives her residential buyers and sellers surety, credibility and results. She currently works with both buyers and sellers across GA and enjoys any training and educational opportunities.
